Day of the Dead

A little late....but better than never right? At the beginning of November, A and I learned about the holiday Day of the Dead, celebrated in Mexico and here in the US by Mexican Americans. She read a passage about it and did several other activities. Then she created a sugar skull painting, decorating it with flowers traditionally found on the alters for this holiday. She was so proud of it and I think it is gorgeous.
