A beautiful day

Last Friday we had an absolutely beautiful day here. I woke up and the sun was shining, it was warm, well warm for us (in the mid 40's with almost no wind) and so we decided to take a SUN day. It was perfect. We headed to the beach for the first time in months and spent the morning climbing rocks, hunting sea glass, and having fun. Then we had a yummy lunch with dad who took the afternoon off to enjoy the sun with us. It was one of those perfect days that just made the harsh winter melt away. Of course it is snowing right now, so I thought I would spend a moment reminiscing of those moments a week ago.
